Great Is Thou Faithfulness

God does here the cries and prayers of our hearts. See, I cried many tears and really struggled before we left to get Cora. Someone made it known to me that we were leaving a precious little one, one that was like a sister to our new daughter. To make it even worse she was the last little one to be left, as her three orphanage sisters had Forever Families. We really prayed and prayed, but God didn't release us in peace to bring Gracie home with Cora. It was a hard day when we left her in that orphanage. This happy girl was downcast when we left, and aching also to have a Mama and Baba of her own. I silently prayed over all the children we came in contact with that day that God would redeem their story. And............

Well Gracie's story is being redeemed. This precious, lovely child that God knit in her mothers womb will have a Forever Family. God heard the cries of our heart, and he knew the aching. He showed up in a MIGHTY way.

See, Cora has wept tears at night for her friend. She was grieving her loss, and as I tried to comfort her we prayed together that Gracie would find a family to Love her. God did something far more than I could have imagined. In all the world Gracie could have been placed she was coming to Texas. That's all I knew she was coming to a host family in Texas. And yall know how big the Lone star state is. But I was determined to get the girls together and drive to where she was. God placed her an hour away yall. Can you believe!!!!!! An Hour away!!!!!! Of all the places in this whole world she could have gone, but God put her an hour away.

Last night we had the privilege of seeing sweet Gracie again with her host family, and the best news to our ears was that they already started the adoption process for her. She is going to get a Forever Family!!!!!!

As I watched Gracie grab Cora when she came through the door my heart was overwhelmed with Joy. I could see in Cora's eyes that she was happy. As the adults were finishing up dinner the girls were walking in the back yard holding hands. These orphanage sisters will get to see each other again, and be apart of each other's lives. JOY!!!!!! Overhwleming JOY!!!!!!!

When Gracie left Cora came to me and said, " Mama can Gracie come play again?" Melt my heart!!!!!!

God is so Faithful!!!!!!! And I wanted to shout his faithfulness to the world.

Oh Give Thanks to the Lord, call upon His name; Make known His deeds among the peoples. Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; Speak of all His Wonders. Glory to His holy name; Let the heart of those who seek the Lord be glad. Seek the Lord and his strength; Seek His face continually.
Psalm 105:1-4
