Gotcha Day June 3

This was such a wonderful day for our family, and such a traumatic day for Cora. Our precious girl was broken, and we felt helpless. So glad she felt love in her orphanage, while she waited for a family.

We did everything in one day because of Dragon Boat Festival. We got Cora in the morning, went back to Hotel for paperwork and went to lunch, and then finalized our adoption. Cora perked up in the Hotel and at lunch she was laughing and being s little prankster, but when we headed back to civil affairs she reverted back very quickly.

She is loving having the kids here, so glad we brought them. She also is clinging to daddy very much. Mia is starting to have a little jealousy but she honestly has been being the mother hen to Cora and we couldn't be more proud of our little Mia.

There is another family here with us that has adopted 5 times. Their daughter who is 12 now was adopted at 9, so they have been so sweet to answer our questions. Love how God orchestrates that. The other family adopted two best friends. They are adorable and funny.

Please keep praying for our family. Today we go to Cora's orphanage and I know this is going to be a hard day for her.

We love you all and still covet your prayers as we transition to a family of seven.
