Passover and Easter

Here are some pics of Easter. Let us remember what our Lord did for us. Sending his only son to be our sacrificial lamb, so we could have a personal relationship with him. When we repent and except him as our Lord and saviour we can live in peace that we will be with him again someday.
I have just been very convicted lately about why we are here on the earth and that is to be fishers of men and make disciples for Christ to share this love with others. I have always been scared to do this, I want to share the good news and you can take what you want from it. It's all or nothing with our Lord, there is no in between. You are either going to accept what he says and live a life honoring to him or live a life honoring to yourself. You cannot conform to the world we need to be set apart. People need to see Jesus in his believers.
If you accept the Lord and savior as your Lord and turn from your sin. He will be your master and Lord and you must live according to his word, and you cannot do this unless you know what his word says. I encourage you to read your Bible daily. I don't want anyone to have a false since of salvation and when that day comes and he seperates the sheep and the goats, I hope you are one of his sheep.

Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death. 2 Corinthains 7:10
Therefore, rid yourself of all malice and deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of every kind. Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation, now that you have tasted that the Lord is good. 1 Peter 2:1-3
John said to the crowds coming out to be baptized by him, " You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the coming wrath? Produce fruit in keeping with repentance. And do not say to yourselves we have Abraham as our father. For I tell you that out of these stones God can raise up children for Abraham. The ax is already at the root of the trees, and every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into fire. Luke 3:7-9

Austin 6th Birthday Movie Party!!!!!!!!!!!!

Austin turned 6, my babies are all growing way to fast. They are a joy. Austin decided to have a movie themed party and the kids watched Astro Boy in our media room. They had a good time. I think it was one of the quietest birthdays we have ever done. The kids were so quiet upstairs watching the movie and the adults visited.

Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo

We took the kiddos to the Houston Livestock show and Rodeo and had a great time. We got to see Lady Antebelum in concert (they were awesome).

Jen Pigott's B-day

We went to dinner with the girls to celebrate Jen's b-day. These are my closest friends who are always there for each other. These girls are my accountability girls. We can hold each other to scripture and encourage one another. We had a great time visiting with one another.

The Oil Ranch Field Trip

We went to the Oil Ranch as a field trip with our homeschool group. Here are some pics of the trip.

Ethan Baptism

Ethan came to me and wanted to be baptized. Joe an I were super excited he wanted to take the next step and following his Lord and Savior. Ethan had already prayed to receive Christ at age 4. We asked him why he wanted to be baptized and he told us God was telling him this was something he needed to do. So awesome how God speaks to us all who follow and love him.

Jesus Said, "Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." When he had placed his hands on them, he went on from their. Mathew 19:14-15

At that time Jesus, full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said, I praise you, Father, Lord of Heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this was your good pleasure. Luke 8:21

Ethan's Birthday Revolutionary War Party

Our sweet Ethan turned 8. I can't believe it. Time goes by so fast. He has been a blessing to our family, and we love him so much. Here are some pics of his Revolutionary War Party. All our boy wanted for his birthday was a hamster or a guinea pig. We ended up going with the guinea pig because they are supposed to be more social and get attached to their owners. We have a sweet guinea pig named Blaster. He is soooo cute and we all love him.
